As a Junior Business Development Executive, your roles and responsibilities will include…

* Developing and managing relationships within an existing customer database

* Qualifying and nurturing warm marketing leads to generate new business opportunities

* Managing live and spending customer accounts to maximise engagement and growth

* Guiding customers through their journey from first order to established account

* Maintaining and updating customer data accurately within the CRM (HubSpot)

* Demonstrating a driven, tenacious and approachable attitude in all client interactions

We're looking for a Junior Business Development Executive with the following skills and experience…

* Experience in a Business Development Executive or a customer-facing role is advantageous

* Have a confident phone manner with excellent communication skills

* Outgoing and personable approach when engaging with customers

* Proactive attitude with the drive to make calls and create opportunities

* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

* Pleasant and approachable nature that builds positive relationships

In return, the successful Junior Business Development Executive will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 plus the following benefits…
