🕗 Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 (30-minute lunch break)

💼 What You'll Be Doing:

Be the friendly and professional first point of contact via phone and email

Take ownership of customer queries—see it through and make it right
*
Support field-based engineers to ensure top-notch job delivery
*
Manage and process sales orders and purchase orders with precision
*
Keep systems and databases updated with clear, detailed notes
*
Send timely and accurate post-job reports to clients
*
Coordinate logistics and assist with the return of unused parts
*
Build strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive service

Proven experience in customer service or a similar support role

Top-tier communication and organisational skills

Meticulous attention to detail—you never miss a thing

Confident using Microsoft Office and working with databases

Experience with sales/purchase order processing (a big plus!)
