The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Delivery team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality commercial interior fit-out projects.

As Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll act as the central point of coordination between subcontractors, stakeholders, and internal teams—bringing our designs to life while maintaining exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion
  • Review subcontractor contracts, drawings, and project specifications
  • Coordinate subcontractors and monitor performance to ensure quality outcomes
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site regulations
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
  • Maintain site organisation, cleanliness, and documentation control
  • Manage risk on-site and escalate issues appropriately
  • Deliver quality assurance and complete snagging/punch lists
  • Support project close-out and handover processes

About You

  • Proven experience in construction project management, ideally within commercial office fit-outs
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and building standards
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail
  • Experience managing subcontractors and delivering projects successfully
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office

Why Join Us?

  • Work on high-profile, design-led projects
  • Be part of a collaborative, global team
  • Contribute to innovative workplace solutions
  • Inclusive, diverse, and people-first culture
