Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Roanoke, VA
Hours: Training: Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm
Post training/ Regular shift: 2nd shift (one weekday and Sunday off) (5 weeks)
Monday- Friday 10am-7:30pm; Saturdays 11:30am- 3:30pm
Duration: 6 month Contract
Pay Rate: $13/hr
Responsible for responding to inquiries and complaints on more complex products/services and/or from premier customers. Duties may include: resolving complex inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers and upon escalation; processing complex transactions on-line; performing extensive research to resolve the complex customer problems; providing guidance and assistance to less experienced representatives either on the spot and/or via telephone; providing training on policies and procedures, new or enhanced services and/or procedural changes. May also cross-sell or refer products, review data and report trends to management, and project work.
(Inbound 30-50 calls/day)

· Demonstrable analysis capabilities
· Mortgage call center experience is a plus
· MUST HAVE 1+ yrs of RECENT Customer Servicing Experience - experience (interaction with customers such as Retail, Restaurant, Call Center)
· MUST be able to multitask and use a multiscreen workstation
