Duties:

• We are pursuing an accomplished Digital Product Specialist, poised to play a pivotal role in advancing our Payroll & Procure to Pay realm.
• You will be responsible for all the technology elements required to fulfil key business capabilities in Finance for our client.
• You will overlook the operations systems, change management, support and managing risks of your product area.
• You will lead the delivery of change via efficient deployment of technology and work in partnership with the Business Stakeholders to create a robust technology roadmap and strategy.
• You will be delivering value propositions vital to the success of the business, aligned with the best digital standards and by policies adopted by our client's Digital IT.

• Stakeholder Management capabilities.
• Product Management experience.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen.
• Proven ability to make innovative and profitable IT decisions.

• Experience defining and executing long-term systems strategy in a digital environment.
• Digital change management experience using DevOps, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• High level of IT technical competence.
• Strong understanding of Payroll and Procure-to-Pay processes (ResourceLink knowledge is an advantage).
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Experience delivering digital initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Product Management frameworks.
• Ability to frame and structure business problems and match them with appropriate digital solutions.
