They focus on sustainable solutions for agriculture and the effects upon global climate change. This includes a range of organic solutions for world food security from plants. Dyacare Biotech’s attitudes and approach to soil and plant health are derived from sustainable sources.

They are now looking for an experienced Office Manager/Senior Administrator to cover until the end of March 23 on a maternity leave contract. There is a possibility (but no guarantee) that this role could be turned into a permanent role.

The successful Office Manager will

  • Be a real team player - this is working in a team of 4
  • Be able to get your head down and get on with the job in hand
  • Be personable and presentable
  • Have strong admin experience and skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise
  • Have good written and spoken English

There is the opportunity for the Office Manager to potentially attend industry exhibitions and conferences, so a presentable manner and excellent communication skills are essential.

You will be a great communicator who has great organisational skills and experience. The ability to multitask is essential as there is a lot of variety in the role and no 2 days will be the same. You will be a natural problem-solver who is IT literate.

Job Duties

  • Maintaining paperwork and records
  • Recording on their internal systems
  • Answer billing questions and discuss content
  • Manage outgoing shipments
  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Overview of product stock levels
  • Receiving incoming shipments
  • General admin duties including filing
  • Organise meetings and schedule appointments
  • Update records and databases
  • Manage the reception area and welcome visitors

This really is a great role in a company who are leaders in the Eco and Sustainable fields that they work in. There is the possibility that they will move premises within the East Dorset locality in the near future, so it would be preferable if you drive and have your own transport.
