We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef and Sous Chef for our Italian family style restaurant.
With a passion for food you should be well skilled in a basics on cooking with at least 3-5 years of purely Italian cooking experience.
Working in a small close knit team you will be involved from the go in menu creation and assisting the management team on creating a mouthwatering selection of Italian inspired dishes.
You should have confidence in leading a team and in organising the food preparation on a daily and weekly scale.
