Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop and manage the Science department

Drive outstanding teaching and learning across KS3-KS5

Track and raise student attainment and progress

Support and coach teaching staff

Contribute to whole-school leadership and strategy

Person Specification

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven success teaching Science at secondary level

Previous leadership or departmental responsibility

Strong data, curriculum and behaviour management skills

Inspirational and collaborative leadership style
