Venture-People provide bespoke support solutions to individuals living with and recovering from, mental ill health and complex vulnerabilities. We work with a person-centred and strengths-based approach; empowering individuals to become as independent as possible.

Our Wiltshire service will provide a range of supportive activities, including community outreach, psycho-educational groups, and accredited support interventions.

A Team Leader is the first point of contact for the people we support, and their team. The role is designed to provide leadership through the provision of guidance, signposting, and managing incident-response.

This role and will include working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and you will demonstrate an excellent rapport with the people you are supporting.

Essential Skills

A passion to deliver high-quality support to vulnerable adults.
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
Experience of working in a leadership role.
Experience of supporting a person(s) with a mental health condition / autism spectrum condition.

Desirable Skills

Experience of working within an accredited de-escalation/crisis intervention program.
Experience of working within a community-based services.
Experience of maintaining excellent records in accordance with current legislation.
A qualification in psychology, occupational therapy, nursing, or other related discipline, including Health and Social Care.
