Position: Site Manager (NRSWA Qualified)

A privately owned multi-disciplinary main contractor that specialism in student accommodation, hotels, leisure, retail, distribution, highways and bridges.

The role:

Site Manager working as part of large project team and responsible for managing Section 278 roadworks section of a new build development. You will be responsible for but not limited to:

Management of the works package and incumbent subcontrators.
Checking RAMS and ensure safe systems of work are adhered to.
Inductions and tool box talks.
Issuing permits to work.
Maintain orders for subcontractors.
Maintaining drawings registers.
ensuring Traffic Management plans are checked and current.About you

To be successful in this position you will need:

Extensive experience in delivering Section 278 works packages
Current SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
NRSWA qualification is highly desirable
