About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of your pupils.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet diverse learning needs.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages growth and curiosity.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure pupil development.
Uphold school policies, safeguarding procedures, and behaviour expectations.
Reflect on your own practice and take part in ongoing professional development.
Job Requirements:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with ECT status.
Previous experience as an ECT or in a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
A passion for delivering creative and engaging lessons in a primary school setting.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils.
Willingness to learn, reflect, and grow as part of a school team.
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply through GSL Education).
Positive references from university placements or previous school experience.
