About the Role

Think Education Partners is seeking proactive and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools in the Nottingham city area.

This is a flexible opportunity ideal for educators who want control over their working week — you can choose the days you're available between Monday and Friday. All roles operate within normal school hours.

You will be supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping to create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs

* Assist the class teacher in delivering differentiated learning activities

* Implement EHCP strategies and behaviour support plans where required

* Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and confidence

* Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For

* Experience working with pupils with additional needs (preferred)

* A proactive and adaptable approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A genuine passion for supporting children's development

* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

* A DBS on the update service ( We can assist with this )
