This is a fantastic opportunity to support KS3 and above students, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.?? What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of needs
• Assisting in the delivery of tailored interventions and classroom activities
• Supporting pupils with SEN to access the curriculum and reach their full potential
• Working closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to implement support strategies
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

? What We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with KS3+ students in a school or educational setting
• A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-focused attitude
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
