Call Centre Technical AdvisorCRP Group is proud to partner with an industry-leading electric vehicle manufacturer to recruit a Call Centre Technical Advisor, based on the outskirts of East London. This exciting opportunity has arisen following an internal restructure, as the company sharpens its focus on delivering a best-in-class aftermarket parts and service solutions.
As a Call Centre Technical Advisor, your main focus will be to ensure customers receive the highest level of attention while helping minimise cost exposure for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming customer calls and directing queries in the most cost-effective way - whether via parts ordering, third-party suppliers, or service centres.
- Logging all customer calls and technical issues accurately in the job booking system for warranty and service reporting.
- Liaising with third-party repairers, capturing full technical details
- Regularly updating customers on the repair status of their vehicles.
- Working closely with the Warranty and Call Centre Manager to ensure all records are up to date and accurate.
- Highlighting technical trends to the Product Reliability Manager to reduce warranty exposure.
- Supporting the warranty process by following up with suppliers on parts and claims, coordinating returns, and working with the Finance team on outstanding credits.
