The Role As A Support Manager Will Include:

* Lead and manage the HR and Business Support team
* Oversee HR operations, governance, compliance, and organisational support across the business.
* Provide advice on employment law and HR practices.
* Manage complex various casework and support management with people related matters.

The Successful Support Manager Will Have:

* CIPD qualification or similar
* HR or legal services background
* Good communication and leadership skills
* UK driving license
