This is a newly created position ideal for someone practical, personable, and able to work independently. You'll be working in a varied outdoor role, supporting the maintenance and transport teams.

Key Responsibilities:

General grounds maintenance: mowing, drain cleaning, basic repairs, etc
Driving the company vehicle to maintain and check the site
Supporting the upkeep of an area with ongoing construction
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order across the site
Communicating with colleagues to ensure a smooth work-flow between teamsRequirements:

Full manual UK driving licence.
Previous experience in grounds or estate maintenance preferred.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Punctual, trustworthy, and able to follow instructions.
