Barker Ross are currently looking for a Line Leader for a co-pack operation based in the LE67 Coalville Bardon area. This is an exciting opportunity for to work for a world leading food and beverage company.

The successful candidate must have a 'can do' attitude towards work with an eagerness to get the job done.

This position is a temp to perm role

The shift patterns available:

· 06:00 to 14:00
· 14:00 to 22:00

Flexibility may be required to work temporarily on the night shift 22:00 to 06:00

Job duties include:

· Manage and motivate a team of operatives to meet production targets and product specifications
· Effectively use the onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems
· To adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations
· To ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures
· To ensure that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external and follow good manufacturing practices
· To attend Line Leader meetings
· To assist in the training and development of new starters
· To act as a role model for best practice
· Work alongside staff on the production line
· Ad Hoc production duties

The ideal candidate will have:

· Experience working in a similar field
· A can do attitude
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
· Ability to motivate
· Basic IT skills
