Calibration Technician

Location: Close to Leamington Spa

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 DOE

Hours: Standard day shift Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Syntech Recruitment are working with a UKAS-accredited calibration laboratory who are looking to add an experienced Calibration Technician to their growing team.

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering accurate, ISO17025-compliant calibrations across customer equipment, primarily within pressure measurement.

Calibration Technician Responsibilities:

· Perform calibrations in accordance with documented procedures

· Maintain ISO17025-compliant documentation

· Record and input data into the calibration management system

· Identify and report non-conformances

· Ensure customer-specific requirements are met

· Support goods-in and general lab operations where required

Calibration Technician Experience:

· Strong understanding of ISO17025/Calibration Technician hands on experience and supporting documentation

· Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

· Good IT skills including Excel

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong communication skills when liaising with customers
