Are you a skilled Surveyor with experience in responsive repairs and housing maintenance? If so, I'm working with a leading housing provider that's currently looking for someone just like you to join their property services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Role

This is a hands-on, field-based position where you'll be carrying out a variety of responsive repair surveys across residential properties in Hampshire. You'll be the go-to for:

Overseeing small-scale refurbishments

*

Supporting mutual exchanges and general surveying tasks

You'll manage your own workload with the support of an automated scheduling system and a close-knit team. Communication and customer service are key - you'll be liaising with residents, maintenance teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure repairs are delivered to a high standard.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

*

A recognised qualification (HNC or higher) in Building, Surveying, Planning or a similar technical discipline - or equivalent industry experience

*

Experience within the construction or housing sector (social housing experience is a plus)

*

Confidence in diagnosing building defects and providing professional advice

*

Excellent communication and time management skills

*

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

*

Flexible working options (where possible)

*

Support for your mental and physical wellbeing

*

Defined contribution pension + life assurance
