For one of our market leading clients in Utrecht, I'm recruiting for Process Manager Systems.

The Mission:

Are you an expert at turning complex technical requirements into seamless workflows? We are looking for a Process Manager Systems to join the Chief Operating Office (COO) of a leading Dutch cooperative bank in Utrecht. You will be the driving force behind standardizing and optimizing Azure DevOps to ensure transparency and efficiency across the entire organization.

What you'll do:

• Architect Efficiency: Design, implement, and secure a consistent way of working within Azure DevOps.
• Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to specialist for queries, dashboards, and custom fields, supporting everyone from starters to Management Team members.
• Strategic Impact: Impact RFCs (Requests for Change) and work closely with the Product Owner to translate vision into a future-proof technical setup.
• Empower Others: Develop and lead training sessions on DevOps standards and Agile methodologies.

What you bring:

• Azure DevOps Mastery: Proven experience in configuring change processes and operational usage of the tool.
• Agile Mindset: Deep understanding of Lean philosophies and Agile ways of working.
• Communication: Professional fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Academic Background: A Bachelor's degree (ideally in Business Information Technology).
