Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum

• Delivering the budgeted revenue for your area at correct Profit, Volume & product mix.
- Introducing new streams of business
- Working closely with operational colleagues to reduce the cost of servicing customers
- Developing relationships & personal contacts within a company
- Accurate forecasting of volume & revenue
- Monitoring of competitor activity & threat
- Completing renewals on time at the best possible return
- Completing & maintaining all customer records on our client’s database
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Able to demonstrate success in revenue growth through telephone account management
- Ability to be flexible in approach and style depending on the customer.
- Excellent negotiation & influencing skills
- A determination to achieve with minimum supervision
- Understanding of commercial impact
- Knowledge of Sales pipelines & products
- Numerate & IT literate
- A cheerful and enthusiastic individual with a "can do" attitude
- A methodical, detailed and disciplined approach, good communication skills are essential, you must also be able to remain focused and have excellent time management skills.
