Kenton Black are recruiting for a permanent Site Engineer vacancy in Tayside.

Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join their dynamic team within the Tayside division. This is a key role with responsibility for delivering high-quality engineering support on a range of infrastructure projects, offering the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of complex works across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support across site operations, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance
- Set out, survey, and manage site works in line with project specifications
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of works
- Monitor progress against programme and report on site performance
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
- Assist with preparation of site documentation including risk assessments, method statements, and permits
- Support junior engineers and site staff with technical guidance and mentoring
- Contribute to problem-solving and proactive management of site challenges

What You Bring:
- Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of setting out, surveying, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the Tayside region
