I'm currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Junior QA/QC Engineer to join a well-established engineering company based in Stonehouse. This is a brilliant role for someone with a solid grounding in quality assurance, who is eager to grow and develop their career in a supportive, hands-on environment.

This position is ideal for an ambitious individual who wants to become a skilled and well-rounded engineer. You'll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and support to work your way up and gain valuable industry experience.

Key Requirements (Must-Haves):

Strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) principles

Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt or Black Belt knowledge required)

A proactive attitude and genuine desire to learn and progress

Role Overview:

Support the QA/QC process across the production cycle

Assist with quality inspections, audits, and documentation

Contribute to process improvement and root cause analysis

Work closely with senior engineers and quality teams to build your technical skills
