This organisation is undergoing an exciting period of continued growth and is now seeking a Compliance Officer to join their Team in Tewkesbury.

Ideally you will have experience within customer services, dealing with complaints through to resolution be IT literate with confident use of MS Office.

If you have the proven ability to effectively handle complaints utilising confident, polite and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong time management is needed, with the ability to prioritise your workload.

This role is responsible for reviewing cases for compliance and making recommendations in line with company policies, so a good eye for detail is essential, as is effective liaison with colleagues in other departments. Being a team player who can also work using your own initiative is required.
