Accounts Receivable Team LeaderContract role for 16 months to start ASAPPurpose:Lead the AR team to ensure efficient revenue collection processes and maintain strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ledger, debit notes, and payment allocation
• Set KPIs and provide guidance to the AR team
• Assist with audit requirements and address customer inquiries promptly
• Ensure compliance with SOX and manage credit limits for retail customers
• Set clear goals for team development and review department procedures

Requirements:

• 3+ years of AR experience with leadership skills
• People management experience
• Strong communication, IT, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Dynamics 365 preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
