Area Sales Manager - Powered Access
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Company Car
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the Hire industry
About the Role
A leading name in the powered access sector is on the lookout for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join their expanding team in the Birmingham area. Representing a well-established and respected company (who must remain anonymous at this stage), you'll be a key figure in growing revenue, building relationships, and supporting some of the most exciting projects in the region.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and developing a portfolio of clients across Birmingham and surrounding areas
Identifying and winning new business opportunities in the powered access/hire market
Working closely with operations and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
Hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets with full autonomy over your patch
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Hire industry - ideally within powered access or similar
Proven sales record with strong B2B experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a proactive mindset
Full UK driving licence
Package
Basic salary up to £55,000 (DOE)
Bonus scheme
Fully expensed company car
