We are looking for a Multi-skilled Engineer to join the team of an established FM company in the Coalville area, on an ongoing basis.

£25ph paid weekly via umbrella

Monday to Friday (08:00 - 5:00)

Coalville - Static Role

As a Multi-skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

*

Fault finding and diagnostics on building systems

*

General site maintenance and repairs

*

Reactive maintenance tasks as required

*

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations

*

Performing ad hoc duties where required

To be successful as a Multi-Skilled Engineer you will need:

*

Previous experience in an FM, commercial, or industrial maintenance environment

*

Good knowledge of PPM routines and general building maintenance

*

Relevant qualifications

*

Ability to carry out fault finding independently
