Lead Mobile Cleaner - Temp to Perm - £16.51/hr (Umbrella) - Cheshire 

We're currently recruiting for a Lead Mobile Cleaner to join a professional facilities team covering sites across Cheshire. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering a consistent schedule, leadership responsibility, and a company vehicle.

Location: Cheshire-wide coverage - ideally based near Warrington, Runcorn or Chester
Vehicle: Company van provided and can be based from the nearest police station
Rate: £16.51 per hour (Umbrella) £12.55 (Pay-e)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full-time, some weekend work may be required
Driving licence essential

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of cleaners across multiple sites

Ensure service delivery is maintained to a high standard

Monitor staff performance and attendance, and manage rotas effectively

Carry out cleaning duties alongside the team, including deep cleans

Provide training and inductions for new staff

Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH compliance

Be the first responder for emergency or reactive cleaning needs

Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and techniques

Experience in team supervision and rota management

Good planning and organisation skills

Resilient and able to work under pressure

Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Able to work independently across a mobile patch
