We are currently working with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger / Credit Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive business environment offering stability and long-term development.

Key Responsibilities:

Raising customer invoices, including uploading to relevant portals where required
Proactively managing and collecting outstanding debt
Chasing overdue payments via phone, email, and other communication methods
Investigating and resolving invoice queries with internal teams and external clients
Carrying out credit and risk checks using internal systems
Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative duties
Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a Sales Ledger / Credit Control role
Experience using Sage
Strong customer service skills
Highly organised with a data-driven and analytical approach
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
