My client is on the search for Architectural Graduates/Technicians for the new year as they have a full book of commercial projects for 2023.

The position

This wellington practice is looking for Architectural Graduates or Technicians with some commercial or complex residential experience due to the nature of upcoming projects for a busy 2023.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design documents for presentation and review
• Provide support for construction documentation for resource & building consent
• A collaborative team player who is well organised and keen to be involved wherever required

About you

• Commercial or complex residential experience
• 4-5 years New Zealand experience
• ArchiCAD proficient but will take people with REVIT skills to
• Tertiary level architectural qualification from a NZ university
• Solid knowledge of the NZ Building Codes, relevant NZ Standards NZS 3604
