The Role

We are one of the leading system providers in healthcare, life sciences and pharmaceutical sector, looking to appoint a conscientious and organised Accounts Administrator to our growing team.

You will support the team by handling various administrative and accounting duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising sales invoices.
  • Checking service reports.
  • Liasing with service engineers and the service department to ensure the accuracy of sales invoices.
  • Managing the process of billing for warranty works carried out by the service team.
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Assisting with some HR duties, such as processing holiday requests.
  • Assisting with the end of month Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger processes.
  • Assisting with processing staff expenses, timesheets and mileage reports.

The Person

  • Proficiency in accounting software programs, Sage200 desirable.
