ASA are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join an expanding finance team based in Lanarkshire. This is an initial temporary contract for a minimum of 3 months, however for the right candidate there could be an opportunity for extension.
The duties of the Purchase Ledger Assistant will include:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Gaining authorisation for all invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Preparing payment runs
- Resolving queries
