This is an ideal next step if you're confident running audits, enjoy mentoring juniors, and want to take on more responsibility in a supportive and respected firm.

What you'll be doing

* Leading audit assignments from planning to completion

* Managing on-site teams and reviewing junior staff work

* Acting as the key contact for clients during engagements

* Preparing and reviewing financial statements

* Reporting directly to managers and partners

You'll be working on a broad mix of owner-managed businesses across a range of sectors, with real exposure to leadership and clients.

What our client is looking for

* ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist)

* Experience leading audits in a UK practice environment

* Comfortable managing junior staff and liaising with clients

* Confident reviewing accounts and identifying technical issues

* Strong communicator, motivated, and keen to keep developing
