Employee Benefits Administrator

Alexander Lloyd is currently partnered with a leading wealth management and employee benefits firm, who is currently seeking a talented and motivated employee benefits professional to join their team as an Employee Benefits Administrator! This position would be aligned to the Ellesmere Port office based in Cheshire, this is an office-based position.

As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting with the employee benefits administration to a portfolio of clients across array of benefits, such as Pensions, Group Risk, Healthcare (PMI), Dental, Cash plans. In addition to this, the successful candidate will;

• Assist with new business applications
• Manage the claims process from start to finish
• Dealing and responding to queries from scheme members, employers and other third-party suppliers
• Processing scheme leavers and joiners
• Setting up clients to their own online portal

In terms of experience, candidates will be working in a similar role with current Employee Benefits Administration experience. Candidates with IFA Administration experience will also be considered.
