Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Bugbrooke, Northamptonshire
Salary: £42,000-£45,000 per annum (OTE £48,000-£50,000)
Hours: Monday-Friday | 07:30-17:30 + Overtime (paid at 1.5x)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:

Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs on production machinery
Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance
Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies
Working closely with the Engineering Manager to keep production running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Engineer in food manufacturing, cold storage, or similar environments
Relevant certifications (NVQ / City & Guilds)
Multi-skilled engineer with either mechanical or electrical bias
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
