About the Role:

We're looking for two Yard Operatives to support the operations of a busy yard and stores on a small, friendly site. The role is varied throughout the year, with the harvest period (mid-July to September) being the busiest. You'll work closely with the office, lab, and visiting lorry drivers to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Load lorries using a telehandler and assist drivers tipping into stores

* Move products from storage to processing plants with a telehandler or loading shovel

* Sample products and manage store temperatures and ventilation fans

* Plan daily tasks in coordination with your line manager

* Liaise with internal teams (quality lab, production) and external lorry drivers

* Maintain site hygiene and cleanliness

* Keep the yard tidy and organized at all times

Requirements:

* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

* Experience with agricultural machinery or plant operation (telehandler/loading shovel) preferred, but training will be provided

* Reliable, motivated, and willing to muck in as part of a team
