They're seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager or Project Engineer to lead multiple projects throughout the full product lifecycle - from concept through to onsite commissioning. Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage multiple engineering projects from start to finish
+ Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
+ Produce accurate and clear technical documentation
+ Monitor project progress, ensuring delivery against key milestones
+ Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Key Requirements:
+ Prior experience in special purpose machinery or bespoke automation systems
+ Proven experience in managing engineering projects
+ CAD system experience
+ Background in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
+ Demonstrable experience managing new product development (NPD) projects
