What You’ll Need

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience as a Room Leader, Third in Charge or similar senior role
• Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Confidence supporting staff performance and practice standards
• Clear understanding of safeguarding and compliance requirements

What You’ll Do

• Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Deputise in the Manager’s absence
• Lead practice improvements and monitor EYFS delivery across rooms
• Coach and mentor staff to maintain high standards
• Oversee observations, planning and assessment quality
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety procedures are consistently followed
