About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who require additional support due to SEMH challenges. Your role will involve providing tailored 1:1 and small group support, implementing strategies to help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and achieve their full potential. You'll collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to create a nurturing and structured learning environment that enables every child to thrive.
