As a Facilities Administrator, you’ll provide essential support to a Facilities Management team while travelling to different sites to assess needs and keep operations running smoothly. If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy a mix of office and on-site work, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Maintain schedules, specifications, and quality standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Raise purchase orders for products, services, and supplies relevant to the FM support function.
  • Maintain and update record systems/databases/inventories for all issued equipment.
  • Issue and control cardkey, proximity card keys, and lockers for the division.
  • Facilitate the organisations travel policy, including coordination of pool cars, fuel cards, and hire cars.
  • Assist in the administration of Health and Safety building-related legislation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in facilities management or administrative support.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach and ability to build professional relationships.
  • A valid, clean driving licence is required, as pool cars will be provided for travel to sites
