Facilities Administrator
- Location: Blackpool
- Job Type: Part Time – Tuesday & Thursday 9am – 5pm
- Pay Rate £12.31 per hour

As a Facilities Administrator, you’ll provide essential support to a Facilities Management team while travelling to different sites to assess needs and keep operations running smoothly. Day-to-day of the role:
- Maintain schedules, specifications, and quality standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Raise purchase orders for products, services, and supplies relevant to the FM support function.
- Maintain and update record systems/databases/inventories for all issued equipment.
- Issue and control cardkey, proximity card keys, and lockers for the division.
- Facilitate the organisations travel policy, including coordination of pool cars, fuel cards, and hire cars.
- Assist in the administration of Health and Safety building-related legislation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities management or administrative support.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach and ability to build professional relationships.
- A valid, clean driving licence is required, as pool cars will be provided for travel to sites
