Maintenance Engineer - 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts)

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're hiring a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a modern, high-performing production facility.

This is a hands-on role working on both electrical and mechanical systems, supporting the site's commitment to high uptime, product quality, and safety standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance (RPM)

* Fault finding and troubleshooting across a wide range of production machinery

* Working with PLC-controlled equipment - diagnosing issues and making adjustments

* Maintaining and repairing pneumatic systems

* Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with safety in mind

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment

* Strong electrical and mechanical skillset

* Experience with PLC fault finding (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar)

* Knowledge of pneumatic systems

* A good understanding of PPM & RPM processes

* Relevant engineering qualifications
