🔍 What You'll Be Doing

As Social Value Manager, you'll oversee and coordinate social value delivery across multiple projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting bids and developing tailored social value plans

Attending project interviews and client meetings

Monitoring social value performance and impact

Managing project-level reporting and data accuracy

Organising community engagement events (e.g., job fairs, charity events)

Collaborating with clients, supply chain, and internal teams

Creating engaging case studies and PR materials

Leading on regional social value strategy and KPIs

✅ What We're Looking For

Proven experience in delivering social value within the construction sector or a similar field (e.g., education, employment, or third sector)

Strong knowledge of social value frameworks, KPIs, and reporting

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Confident using MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Full UK driving licence required
