Salary: up to £55,000 + company car / allowance
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Our client is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in managing electrical installation projects.  The successful Project Manager will have strong experience of health and safety regulations, risk assessments,  running multiple projects, read technical drawings and site surveys for modifications,

Responsibilities

Project scoping, costing, contract review and negotiation
Project planning including engineer resourcing (internal or sub-contract) and pre-requisite engineer training/certification
Pre-let meetings and site surveys
Project initiation including risk assessment, method statements and H&S procedures
Ensure project progress to plan and budget
Identify and manage variations, including costing, quote and client approval
Liaise between install team, back office technical team and client to resolve technical issues

Essential Skills/ Qualifications

CSCS/SSSTS Card Holder
Knowledge of AutoCAD and able to read technical drawings
Prince2 / PMP certificate
Previous experience of managing various projects
Good knowledge of Excel
