Road Freight Export Operator
LOCATION: Erith | Office-Based | Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30
SALARY: Up to £40,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Road Freight Export professional with a background in groupage and a knack for coordinating international shipments? A well-established logistics company based in Erith is looking for a Road Freight Export Operator to join their team.

What you'll be doing as a Road Freight Export Operator:
* Handling full end-to-end export groupage operations across Europe
* Liaising with overseas agents to confirm bookings and documentation
* Arranging UK and European collections with hauliers and ensuring timely dispatch
* Creating and managing export documentation
* Tracking and updating shipment status, resolving issues proactively
* Communicating effectively with customers and internal departments

What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in road freight export (groupage background essential)
* Confident in liaising with overseas agents and hauliers
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment
* Good IT skills - familiar with freight systems and Microsoft Office
