We are looking for high energy, focused and passionate individuals to join our sales team. We have clients that have contacted us asking for life insurance
NO COLD CALLING or DOOR KNOCKING
- Schedule an appointment with the people that have contacted us
- Determine which program best fits their needs and budget during a field interview
- Complete enrollment paperwork or E-application
- Ask for referrals and help with other needs for the client
- Life Insurance license (we will help you through this process)
Compensation (first year): Full time and part time positions available.
- $500 avg commission per family helped (Part time 1-2 families a week - Full time 3-6 families a week)
- Program compensates once the policy is issued, averaging about a week to issue
- No Quota and No limits on the number of families you can help in a week
- Ability to develop a team or agency
- Bonuses and reward vacations
- Promotions available every couple months (based on what you do not who you know)
