Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Early Years

Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years practitioner looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a Level 3 (or above) Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management skills to join a dedicated team and make a real impact on young children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality learning experiences for pupils aged 3-5 (07:30-17:30)

Develop and implement strategies to manage and promote positive behaviour

Work closely with parents and carers to provide consistent support at home and school

Contribute to individual education plans and monitor pupil progress

Essential Requirements

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education/Nursery Assistant

Strong experience managing challenging behaviour in young children

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

Commitment to supporting all pupils, including those with SEND
