Electrical Shift Leader
Location: Liverpool Street, City of London
Salary: Up to £59,000 + HV Training + Overtime
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) - 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00

My client is a Technical Maintenance Solutions company who are recruiting an Electrical Shift Leader to work on a prestigious landlord services contract in Liverpool Street, managing critical building systems on behalf of various trading businesses occupying the floors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, technically capable electrical engineer/lead ready to step into a leadership role on a high-profile commercial site.

The Role

As Electrical Shift Leader, you will:

* Act as the senior electrical engineer on shift, leading day-to-day technical operations

* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across landlord building services

* Take ownership of electrical systems including LV/HV distribution, plant, and associated infrastructure

* Supervise contractors and ensure all works are completed safely and compliantly

* Respond to faults, incidents, and alarms within a critical environment

* Maintain accurate records using site systems and permits to work

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

* Hold electrical qualifications (Level 3 Electrical Installation & 18th Edition)

* Have solid experience working within commercial building services

* Are confident fault-finding across electrical and wider M&E systems

* Can lead by example on shift and take responsibility for site operations

* Are professional, reliable, and safety-focused

High Voltage experience is not essential — HV training will be provided after 3 months.
