We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly, family-run Nursery in Barnet. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing, child-centred environment.

Applicants must hold a CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years/Childcare.We are only considering candidates with proven qualifications and experience in nursery settings.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where children can thrive

• Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Observing, assessing, and recording each child's development and progress

• Acting as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with families

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education

• Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures are upheld at all times

• CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years/Childcare qualification - essential

• Proven nursery or early years experience

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development

• Passion for supporting learning through play-based activities

• Positive, proactive, and flexible team player

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
