Electronics Engineer
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
 
Are you an experienced Electronics Engineer with a passion for innovation and product development? We're looking for a detail-driven individual to join our team and play a key role in designing, testing, and delivering high-quality electronic systems. What You'll Be Doing:

Design and develop PCBs and electrical circuits for new and existing products
Select components and ensure compliance with EMC and LVD regulations
Conduct long-term product testing, fault finding, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and software developers
Write test specifications, wiring diagrams, and maintain detailed design documentation
Support suppliers and manufacturers to ensure correct build standards
Provide in-house technical support and training to internal teamsWhat We're Looking For:

3 to 5 years of experience in electronic engineering, with a strong focus on product development
Proven experience in designing PCB boards and working on end-to-end engineering projects
Practical understanding of EMC and LVD standards
Hands-on experience with schematic design and PCB layout tools
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Previous experience with lighting control systems is a plusWhat's in It for You:
