Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Worker to provide high-quality home care services in Central London. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs, including elderly clients, those with disabilities, or individuals requiring specialized care such as dementia or autism support. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by delivering personalized, respectful, and professional care within their own homes. All positions are paid, emphasizing the value placed on your skills and dedication.

You will work on a structured rota within the hours of 7:00am – 9:00pm, based on the following shift pattern:

You are required to work both shifts each day, including weekends.

This is a full-time role, 5 days per week.

  • The hourly rate of £15.90 is a blended rate, which is increased to reflect time spent travelling between clients.
  • Your guaranteed annual salary of £31,005 is paid regardless of the number of care hours you are rostered, provided you are available for your scheduled shifts.
  • This salary assumes completion of 37.5 hours of care-related work per week, but if you work more than 37.5 hours of care-related work within your shifts, you will be paid extra for these additional care hours.
  • On occasions where your allocated care hours are lower than expected, you may be required to make up your contracted hours at another time within your availability window, either on the same day or another.
